We offer free consultations, at which time our contract details will be discussed and the percentage of commission will be determined. We will take a brief inventory of your items and discuss pricing of larger or specialty items.

Yes, we are insured by Antiques and Collectibles, Inc.
Is there a base or setup fee?
We do not charge a base fee, we work strictly on commission! Our commission/pay is based strictly on items sold.

Proper advertising is crucial for your estate sale and is considered a vital part of our responsibility. Therefore, we make a personal investment in each of our sales, proving our commitment and dedication to making your sale a success!

What if I only have a few items to sell?
We offer the option to combine your items with other sales. Expenses incurred for moving the items are the responsibility of the contracted party.

What happens to my unsold items?
Arrangements can be made to put your unsold items in another sale.
Donation to a charitable organization is also an option. Donation arrangements are the responsibility of the contracted party.

Jewelry Appraisals.
All jewelry (fine, costume, and gems) are appraised for each sale by our Certified Gemologist.

Accounting.
At the conclusion of the sale, we provide you with a detailed report of all items sold for $50.00 or more.
